There’s a storm blowing in tonight, but we were able to squeeze in two action-packed trips before the winds arrive! On this morning’s trip we saw about 400 common dolphins, two gray whales (a mom and calf), and the highlight of the day – about 20 Pacific white-sided dolphins! The afternoon brought three gray whales – a mom and calf heading north and surprisingly one juvenile heading south (perhaps a bit lost). We also caught up with those 20 white-sided dolphins again for an encore presentation. In anticipation of tomorrow’s rough weather, our trips Saturday have been cancelled, but the storm is expected to blow through quickly and we’ll be back on the water shortly!
