Happy National Dolphin Day! Today our passengers celebrated this special day with three different species of dolphin!

In the morning we saw three inshore bottlenose dolphins, four Pacific white-sided dolphins, and nearly 700 common dolphins!

In the afternoon we found another 100 common dolphins as well as a northbound juvenile gray whale that not only wasn’t afraid of our boat, but actually followed us each time we tried to leave the scene. Pretty neat!

Tomorrow we have a private field trip in the morning, but still have room on the afternoon trip. See you then!
