We ventured off into the Pacific Ocean this morning in the hopes that we could find some sunshine and whales! Luckily for us, we did just that! A few scattered handfuls of Common Dolphins crossed our path as we made our way into deeper water. The rain eventually cleared to reveal a pair of circling Fin Whales! One of the two fins circled our vessel and made some especially close passes as we observed in awe. On our way home, an additional pod of Common Dolphins escorted us closer to land, upping our total to ~30 dolphins in total! See you on the water tomorrow, whale watchers!
