Boy, do we love finding Humpback Whales surrounded by hundreds of Common Dolphins! That seems to be the typical trend here off San Diego this month. Despite the bumpy conditions, we were treated to amazing visibility and a vibrant sunny sky that offered some ideal lighting. Off the tip of Point Loma, we spotted “Twitch” the Humpback Whale, up to ~300 Common Dolphins and one dozen California Sea Lions in transit to the northwest! We will be back on the water this evening with our sister company, Cruise San Diego, in an attempt to relocate this fabulous wildlife!
