Cetacean Friday! We had some incredible sightings on the Privateer this morning!
We headed to the northwest where we encountered a beautiful, adult Minke whale. Our guest got some amazing views of this cetacean, even able to see its ventral pleats as it lunged forward after coming up for a breath.
Later we headed to the south to venture on different waters. Low and behold, we came upon an active pod of short beaked Common dolphins! One of the most energetic pods we’ve seen! Check it out for yourselves in the video below!
