An entire day was spent watching hundreds of Common Dolphins and “Twitch” the Humpback Whale! We embarked on two trips today, and relocated the same wildlife from the morning tour throughout the afternoon. It isn’t every day that everything stays in the same general area for both excursions! In total, we spotted ~250 Short-Beaked Common Dolphins, ~800 Long-Beaked Common Dolphins and 1 Humpback Whale (same individual seen on both trips) throughout the day! We expect to finish off the weekend with impeccable sea conditions and we have plenty of spots available on both trips tomorrow! Come on out and fill some of those empty spots so YOU can see what’s happening off the San Diego coast! Until tomorrow, whale watchers.
