Happy Friday from the Privateer! Although we had some foggy weather this morning, it didn’t hinder us from having a wet, wild adventure!
As we headed to the west, a small pod of Pacific white sided dolphins found US! We got some quick looks before they headed on their way north. They’re a pretty cool species of dolphin migrating from the pacific north west during our winter time here in San Diego. Later as we ventured into deeper water, we came upon a pod of short beaked Common dolphins. We had some cow calf pairs in the mix, juveniles and adults. A really fun group, just cruising with our vessel!
