Fun seas, jubilant dolphins and majestic Gray whales! We observed a big pod of ~150 Long beaked Common dolphins and a trio of northbound Gray whales during the morning trip. In the afternoon, we encountered a lucky seven Pacific white-sided dolphins headed south and a pair of northbound Gray whales. We still have another trip timed with the sunset, so we will cross our fingers for more!
