We had an amazing day full of wildlife! During the morning trip, we encountered ~300 Long-beaked Common dolphins and 1 Fin whale! The Fin whale was traveling out to the west. During the afternoon trip, we found a pod of ~100 Long-beaked Common dolphins and ~60 Offshore Bottlenose dolphin! During the sunset trip, we encountered two big pods of Long-beaked Common dolphins. The first pod was about ~200 Long-beaked Common dolphins with a scattered sightings of 5-10 Short-beaked Common dolphins. They were seen feeding alongside hundreds of diving birds. We found another feeding frenzy along the drop off as we went north. That pod consisted of ~100 Long-beaked Common dolphins. All dolphins were pretty fun, active and full of energy!
