We had a fun day full of wildlife! During the afternoon trip, we sighted a pod with a mixture of Short-beaked Common dolphins and Pacific white-sided dolphins! About ten of each in the pod! They were seen feeding with birds diving all around them. We ventured further southwest and sighted a big spout! We ended up finding a Fin whale! It popped up all around us and on one of the last views, it barrel-rolled as it dove down! During the sunset cruise, we set out to the west and found feeding frenzy after feeding frenzy! Birds everywhere were diving into the water feeding alongside Long-beaked Common dolphins! We found our largest aggregation of birds and dolphins and found the Humpback whale, Swiper! We sighted a couple of Mola mola’s along the way too!
