We had two more great trips today! We encountered a single Gray whale during the afternoon trip that was cruising pretty fast up the coast. We caught up with an amazing pod of ~500 Long-beaked Common dolphins! They were sighted only a few miles from shore. During the sunset tour, we had beautiful seas, with sightings of both species of Common dolphins. We found ~15 Short-beaked Common dolphins, and ~150 Long-beaked Common dolphins. We even watched as they feasted on a bait ball of small schooling fish!
