No, you aren’t seeing pictures from this last winter. On our afternoon trip today a northbound gray whale was traveling up the kelp line off of sunset cliffs! We got great looks at it as it was staying mostly near the surface and never made any deep dives. We wish it well on its way to its destination, wherever that may be for his particular whale.
