We had awesome ocean conditions once again today and encountered 2 gray whales interacting with a pod of long-beaked common dolphins just a few miles offshore. We then went out to the drop off and found scattered pods of around 400 common dolphins feeding. The gray whale season is just starting and we are already seeing lots of healthy whales passing by on their migration to Mexico.
