Our afternoon trip headed out to spot a spout right inside the jetty and this gray whale was spotted by other boats later having made its way all the way across from Quivira Basin in Mariners point. We saw it again at the mouth of the jetty spyhopping on our sunset trip as we headed out. Our afternoon and sunset trip spotted 5 whales after spotting the whale in the jetty making our total for the two trips at 11 gray whales.
