Smooth seas and great visibility made for a gorgeous day on the water! We encountered 11 Gray whales, 80 Pacific white-sided dolphins and ~160 Common dolphins today! It was non-stop whale action all day. All of the gray whales were headed south. We enjoyed watching pods of two and three Gray whales that were enjoying each other’s company. Many were socializing and hanging out with the dolphins. We had a couple close encounters with a curious whale during our sunset trip and also enjoyed spyhopping from two different whales today!
