Sunday Funday! We enjoyed a beautiful day on Lake Pacific! Flat calm seas paired with amazing visibility! We encountered a fun pod of ~75 Long-beaked Common dolphins cruising outside of Mission Bay. Not too far away, spouts were sighted from a pair of southbound Gray whales. They even mugged us by popping up right in front of us only 20-feet away! When they surfaced again, there were three! We continued to the south and found a single southbounder with a very tall spout. We Another trio was seen at the end of Point Loma! Hope you will join us for our next tour, it has been amazing!
