It was a windy and wet day on the water, but totally worth it! We set out to the northwest and encountered lots of birds soaring. We found ourselves 8-miles from shore and found a couple patches of birds diving, including a Brown booby! We continued in toward the coast and sighted a small 1.5-ft Mola mola resting on the surface. About 3-miles from shore we finally sighted some big spouts! We caught up with a quad pod of Gray whales! They were booking it up the coastline. We saw rainblows and tails! A single inshore bottlenose dolphin came to ride the bow of the Ohana!
The weather is laying down, and should be beautiful for this week, hope to see you on the boat!
