This evening we set out to approx. 11.5-miles from Mission Bay! We came across a huge feeding frenzy! There were hundreds of birds diving and feeding next to Common dolphins and California sea lions! The Commons cruised beside us and rode the bow and surfed our wake! Common dolphin calves were sighted throughout the huge pod of ~300 individuals.
