We had two amazing trips today! During the morning trip we caught up with a fun pod of ~100 Long-beaked Common dolphins that were feeding under hundreds of diving birds! We continued on to the SW and sighted a spout only 300-yd from the boat! We ended up finding the Blue whale zone! There were 4 possibly more Blue whales hanging out feeding. We caught up with two of them and watched as they spouted, and saw their long roll of the back. A pod of ~20 Offshore Bottlenose dolphins were sighted and cruised up to the boat as they headed north. During the afternoon trip, we had a fun quick sighting of Inshore Bottlenose dolphins. We caught up with more Long-beaked Common dolphins feeding along the drop-off. We surfed in our wake and at the bow. We zoomed out to the Blue whale zone and caught up with 3 Blue whales, one of which we got great looks at!

It’s not a bad day when there are multiple Blue whales out there! Sea ya soon!
