What a day!! Both our morning and afternoon trips were INCREDIBLE today! Our first trip saw a small pod of long beaked common dolphins and then we caught up with a cow-calf pair of blue whales! Mom and her baby were cruising about 12 miles from shore. Our second trip caught up with around 200 short beaked common dolphins just 3 miles from shore! We then caught up with a solo blue whale around the same 12 mile mark. We got some awesome looks at all the whales today and could not have asked for better conditions!
