Fun times out on the Pacific today! We got to hang out with a huge pod of ~400 Short-beaked Common dolphins! We spotted them once we got out to the drop-off. They were launching out of the water, non-stop! They were like popcorn! Lots of babies were seen all around. Naturally, they cruised at our bow and near our wake. We came across a mola mola in the middle of the pod, but seem to be shooken up and didn’t want to hang out! We had incredible visibility despite the windy seas. On our way in, we sighted a pair of Inshore Bottlenose dolphins!
