We cruised out to the west and once we got to the drop-off we sighted some splashes to the south! A nice pod of about 75 Offshore Bottlenose dolphins were milling around. We believe it was a nursery pod as so many cow/calf pairs were popping up all around us. Further out to the west, more splashes were seen! We caught up with a big pod of ~200 Short-beaked Common dolphins! They were very boat friendly and were traveling to the NW.
The seas were calm and the viz was perfect! Hope to see you on the next one!
