What did the humpback whale say to the ocean? Nothing, it just waved! Also, Happy Veteran’s day! Today, we travelled out west and then headed towards the 9-mile bank. Once we reached the 9-mile bank, the ocean erupted with wildlife! It felt like we were watching an episode of National Geographic! We saw a few spouts out in the distance from humpback whales! At least ~3 or 4 humpbacks were in the area! We saw one humpback whale fully breach out of the water at least 3 times! We got really close up looks on both sides of the boat as they swam underneath us! We also encountered a pod of ~400 long-beaked common dolphins! They swam up right next to the boat and surfed in our wake! After hanging out with the LB commons dolphins and humpback whales we peeled off and on our way back home we caught up with several smaller pods of long-beaks. Ocean conditions remained absolutely perfect the entire time! Please come join us for our next ocean adventure!
