🌊 KILLER WHALES.

Do I need to say more?

A pod of ~12 Eastern Tropical Pacific ORCAS was just 7 miles straight off the coastline today — and we got out there FAST.

For almost 2 straight hours, these whales put on one of the most interactive shows I’ve ever seen. They were bow riding, surfing our wake, rolling on their sides to look right up at us, and swimming directly under the boat like we were part of their pod.

Every time they disappeared, the whole boat held its breath…
And every time they resurfaced RIGHT next to us, the entire deck ERUPTED. Screams, cheers, happy tears — pure ocean magic.

These were some of the friendliest killer whales we’ve ever encountered in our waters. Days like this don’t just happen — they feel like a gift.
