Qualifications

Sell the Experience:

  • Welcome walk-up and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Guide guests in choosing the best trip for their interests and schedule.
  • Clearly communicate trip details, expectations, and pricing.
  • Help guests feel excited and confident about their upcoming adventure.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and positivity.
  • Handle changes, reschedules, and special requests calmly and efficiently.
  • Turn problems into solutions and stressful moments into smooth experiences.
  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects our mission and values.

Be an Ocean Ambassador:

  • Share your enthusiasm for whales, marine life, and conservation.
  • Help guests understand what makes our trips special.
  • Represent our commitment to education, safety, and unforgettable experiences.

Operational Excellence:

  • Accurately process ticket sales and handle cash/POS transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional ticket booth.
  • Stay up-to-date on trip schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with dock crew and office staff to ensure seamless operations.

What to Expect
