We set out today with hopes for awesome whales and WE FOUND EM!
We headed straight out and located at least five Gray whales! Without a bird’s‑eye view — or a drone — it’s hard to say exactly how many, but we believe there were even more. These whales were blasting south, holding steady in about 240 ft of water with 8‑minute dive times. We saw flukes on every dive!
One whale even came up lifting its whole head out of the water — such an awesome sight.
