Straight away before we had a chance to leave the bay we were enchanted by this duo snuggling on the end of the bait barge in a perfect ying yang position. We knew house cats enjoyed this style of comfort but turns out baby California sea lions are the same!
A beautiful pod of short-beaked common dolphins 9 miles North of the jetties out of Mission Bay greeted us just as we had began our journey back towards shore. With perfect timing, guests got to enjoy some dolphin antics including multiple circles of our vessel and some high-flying acrobatics.
