Happy Valentine’s Day from the grays! We were lucky enough to find a gray whale zig‑zagging around just a few miles off Windansea Beach — probably doing a little feeding. The swells are starting to roll in ahead of next week’s storms, so it’s a bit rolled out there, but still gorgeous.
We also got incredible looks at a fun pod of common dolphins. There were some tiny, squishy babies all hanging out together and playing. When dolphins are really new, they’re still figuring out the exact placement of their blowholes, so they can be clumsy, jumpy swimmers — absolutely heart‑melting to watch.
