We headed out into the Pacific and found dolphins everywhere we looked!
Before we even made it a mile offshore, we came across a pod of long‑beaked common dolphins in a full feeding frenzy. There were tons of birds circling overhead, hoping to snag any spare fish.
We continued west and found many more pods — some scattered, some densely packed, and plenty of them launching high out of the water. All together, we’re guessing there were upwards of 300 dolphins on this trip.
We’ve got one more trip to go today. We’ll update you on what we find later.
