It was very busy out there today! Our morning trip got to hang out with 8 gray whales not too far from Mission Bay! We also got to see about 25 pacific white sided dolphins. Our afternoon trip got the chance to hang out with 3 gray whales, about 300 long beaked common dolphins, and about 30 more pacific white sided dolphins. Our sunset trip got really lucky! We pushed out to the north and found a cow calf pair of gray whales! We got really good looks at the baby as it was spending a lot of time playing in the waves. We pushed towards the south and found 5 more gray whales, making a total of 18 gray whales for the day!
