We had three blue-tiful trips today!
We found our favorite gentle ocean giants on all three trips!
We even saw one blue whale blowing bubbles before it would go on dives! Silly whale! Once we got a handle on their dive rhythm, we got some pretty close looks at these whales. They’re still hanging out just off shore- leaving us plenty of time to hang out with them. We got a solid dolphin show on both morning trips as well. We saw long beaked common dolphins and bottlenose! Both pods had tons of babies, they were so cute and playful! There’s nothing like baby dolphin magic!

During our sunset trip, although we were surrounded by gray skies we could still see the beautiful blue glow from one majestic blue whale. We got to spend lots of time with this blue whale and got some great close up looks! On our way back to Quivera basin, we came across a pod of ~100 long-beaked common dolphins! Some of them were bow-riding and many of them were porpoising out in the distance.
