We had great sea conditions and blue skies during our afternoon trip! We headed out west and encountered a massive pod of ~350 long-beaked common dolphins. They were stampeding and surfing our wake! They followed our boat for awhile and we also saw many cow and calf pairs. Then, we went south alongside the drop-off for a while. On our way back to Quivera Basin we encountered a pod of ~25 offshore bottlenose dolphins! It is always a fun time on the Privateer! We hope to see you soon.
