We hung out with ~200 Shorties this evening! We cruised out to the west, and sighted many birds diving on bait balls. We passed the drop-off and noticed a huge aggregation of birds to the NW. Under them, we sighted big splashes! The short-beaked common dolphins spanned over a mile! We could see them launching out of the water! We could see them all around the boat, bow-riding or surfing beside us. There were a few cow/calf pairs sighted too. On the way home, the sunset was perfect!
