Why do dolphins always seem so happy? -Because they always go with the flow! Today, we’re back on the water after some days off due to gnarly swell over the past week! We went out west towards the drop-off and in about ~530 feet, we found a massive feeding frenzy of diving seabirds, California sea lions and hundreds of long-beaked common dolphins! It seemed like everyone was feeding on some yummy baitfish!! Then, we went north along the drop-off, the rest of the trip was a bit quieter but we were greeted with a small pod of ~5 inshore bottlenose dolphins on our way back into the jetties!
The cherry on top was the beautiful sunset we enjoyed on our way back! We have more trips coming up tomorrow! Please join us for some salty fun!
