We were rockin’ and rollin’ out on the Pacific Ocean! We cruised out of Mission bay and set out to the SW. We had some swelly seas but that didn’t stop us from getting out to deeper water! We crossed the drop-off and made it just inside of the 9-mile bank. Out there, we caught up with a fun pod of ~150 to 200 Long-beaked Common dolphins! They were scattered everywhere but many of them cruised right up to us to ride the bow and surf our wake! We turned in and enjoyed the smooth ride toward shore We also enjoyed the great visibility, and could mostly seen down to Mexico.
