It was a beautiful day on the water! We had great visibility and sea conditions throughout our trip toward the west. We made it 12-miles from shore and found a fun pod of ~60 Common dolphins! They were a fun, active pod that constantly leaped out of the water. While hanging around them, many raced straight over to us to ride the bow. We saw a handful of cow/calf pairs in the mix. The Common dolphins appeared to be zigzagging, and traveling in different directions. This behavior has led us to believe that they may have been feeding on small schooling fish in the area. No baleen whales were seen on our trip, but we will be back out tomorrow. We hope you come out and try your luck!

Sea you on the water!
