Rainbows! Whales! Dolphins! Rain! Sunshine! Glassy Seas! We had IT ALL!
Another splendid adventure out on the pacific in San Diego. We headed straight out of the jetties today in some pretty dense drizzle, grey clouds looming overhead and minimal visibility. Pretty soon the clouds began to break and a vibrant seascape unfolded before us! We spotted some scattered dolphins and sea birds which lead us to a very relaxed humpback whale cruising south to Cabo. The common dolphin would zoom over to our boat and then away almost beckoning us to follow. Our whale cruised effortlessly through the glassy water showing its fluke before every single dive!
